I’m Richard Tanner, an experienced mediator, educator, author, and litigator.

In my decades of experience with large and small firms, I have handled all aspects of litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants across many industries, and have held key positions such as Chief of the Criminal Division for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and Member of the Florida Bar Board of Governors.
